Nigeria As The Maritime Nation: Lack Of Capacity In This Area Has Negatively Affected The Country’s Fortune– ALSN

A two days’ capacity building training for legal practitioners to take advantage of the opportunities available in the maritime sector by the Admiralty lawyer’s society of Nigeria is expected to kick off from the 25th to 26th July 2019 at NBA House port Harcourt.

A statement by the president of the Admiralty Lawyers society of Nigeria Angus Obinna Chukwuka said the society is an association of legal practitioners with flair for or specification in Admiralty law and practice which is set to open up membership for subscription.

He said the training which is geared towards equipping potential associate members with the requisite practical skills in handling maritime briefs as well as substantive knowledge of maritime law will attract a fee of #100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Naira) per person.

The statement urged candidate interested in the training to grab the opportunity as late payment fee maybe charged
