Over 60 Houses Submerged And 2000 Persons Displaced As Flood Sacks Oguta Community In IMO State

The National Emergency Management Authority has put the number of affected and displaced persons to two Thousand which also includes houses in Orsu Obodo community in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State, by flood. Flood.

He said: “Imo State government to provide immediate succour for the displaced people as houses are submerged after the rain in Imo.

This community needs urgent attention now for them to live. “I feel the pain of all of you and we are making an effort to provide urgent succour for all of you so be assured that the government is aware of your problem.”
