Governor Nyesom Wike had on Thursday last week placed a 30 million bounties for anyone who capture’s the wanted criminal and on Friday during a meeting in government house announced that soldiers captured the dreaded cultist.
The governor made the announcement barely 24 hours after he placed a N30m bounty on the suspect.
When contacted to parade the cultist the Army spokesman for the 6 Division in Port Harcourt, Col Aminu Iliyasu, told our correspondent that the Army did not capture or arrest the said Boboski.
“We are not disputing whatever claim the governor has, but what I am saying is that I don’t have such information at my disposal,” we have a channel of command and as I speak with you, I don’t have such information on the arrest of any bobisky’’
He continued ‘’like you know which is our practice when and if we have such high profile criminal case we parade them and hand them over to the police’’
