Reactions Trails Demand For E-Learning Schools Fees From Students Of Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic In Port Harcourt

A public analyst and educationists Onyeogu Samuel is raising questions over the reopening of tertiary institutions and commencement of e-learning in those institutions.

Onyeogu Samuel while reacting to the resumption of e-learning at the Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic in Port Harcourt described the move as a waste of Government funds.

The Public Analyst wondered why the management Captain Elechi Polytechnic will compel students to pay school fees within one given the hardship they are facing in the ravaging pandemic.

The Public analyst Onyeogu Samuel called on the government to make a long term plan that will sustain the e-learning plans in the state.

He said students especially in tertiary institutions should be given loans and grants to cushion the hardship they will face in the process of the E-learning.
