The Court area today witnessed a rowdy session as the E Crack officers arrived court to escort the dismissed police officers who were remanded in prison custody till the 19th of September since the magistrate declined Jurisdiction and referred the cases to DPP for advice and prosecution.
The Officers remanded in prison custody are

Egbunefu Felix,
Ayogu Fidelis
They were arraigned on a 7 count charge bothering on murder, attempted murder and conspiracy

He said he is still incapacitated and lost the use of one hand due to the torture he suffered in prison, he thanked all the human rights activist involved in the matter and expressed happiness that wherever Late Chima is, he would be happy that Justice is underway.

Meanwhile a human rights activist involved in the Ikokwu 4 matter Enefa Georgewill Expressed shocked that the Eagles crack command who heads the unit CSP Benson Adetuyi and officer Nnodim Amadi who is the IPO in the matter did not appear in court.
