Aftermath Of EndSARs Carnage: Police EndSARS Losses Assessment Committee Visits Rivers, Assures Officers Of IGP Quick Intervention

The Police EndSARS losses committee led by the Vice Chairman of the Committee, Deputy Commissioner of Police(DCP) Atayero Patrick on Monday visited Rivers State to assess the level of loss suffered by the state command by coordinated attacks by hoodlums during the EndSARS protest.
Addressing newsmen DCP Patrick disclosed that the committee was in town assess the level of loss in terms of infrastructure, personnel and weapons.
DCP Patrick sympathized with the families of the deceased officers  while on a tour at Afam, Umuebule,  Oyibo Divisional and area command headquarters.
DCP Patrick who described the destruction as unfortunate revealed that the report of  the assessment will be forwarded to the office of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Mohammed Adamu who will make the report of the assessment public through the office of the Force Public Relations Officer.
Our correspondent reports that Senior officers of Rivers State Police command accompanied the committee on the visit.
