Another 47 years old man Amaechi Efungwu, who was also hit by a stray bullet and allegedly dropped off at UPTH by policemen is calling on the police authorities to save his life by paying his bills so that the bullet still inside him could be extracted
Amaechi narrating his ordeal said he was also hit by the bullet while running away to escape the riot during protest of yesterday.
He said the hospital officials told him that since he was shot at the back that one of his legs is temporarily paralyzed and that his hand also will be affected if he is not operated upon immediately to remove the bullet that he may die.
A family member of Amaechi battling with bullet inside of him said loved ones there, Ruth Efungwu said her Uncle Amaechi was brought to UPTH by a Police officer, identified as Ifeanyi Azunnaya and the DPO of Rumuokoro Police Station and appeal to them to save the life of his uncle.

The hospital officials reportedly said since he was shot at the back and one of his legs has temporarily paralyzed and his hand also being affected that if he is operated upon immediately to remove the bullet that he may die. So, that is suspended for now and the bullet is still inside him as at the time of this updates.
