Cult Clash In Awka, Police Arrest 2 Suspects After The Shooting, Says 2 Yet To Be identified Young Men Died From Gun Shots Wounds

The Anambra Police Command Operatives have arrested two suspects, in connection with a case of cultism. *The suspects, namely Victor Ikechukwu ‘M’ aged 30years and Ifeanyi Uyanne ‘M’ aged 35years* were arrested following a shooting incident which occurred on the 7th April 2021, at Tempsite Okpuno, Awka, Anambra State.
The Police also recovered one tinted Toyota Corolla Vehicle and one suspected military Cap uniform.
However, two yet unidentified young men who sustained gun- shot wounds were found at the crime scene. They were rushed to a nearby hospital but were confirmed dead by a doctor on ground.
To this end, the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command, *CP Monday Bala Kuryas Fsi* calls on parents/guardians to watch over their children and wards and prevent them from engaging in cultism and associated vices.
