Bishop Of Awka Diocese Commissions Public Convenience At Umuawulu, Saint Joseph Catholic Church Donated By Azubike Ekweozor To Home Church

The Family of Chief Azubike Ekweozor of Agbaana Quarters, Umuawulu, Awka South Council Area has built and donated a new public convenience to Saint Joseph’s Catholic Church Umuawulu.
The Convenience was commissioned by the Auxiliary Bishop Of Awka Diocese, Most Reverend Jonas-Benson Okoye alongside other projects built in the church.May be an image of 2 people and people standing
This was as about two hundred candidates received sacrament of holy communion.
In a homily while celebrating the mass, Most Reverend Okoye said that it was important to sow the seed of faith in the life of children so they can grow and defend it when the time comes.
Bishop Okoye challenged the candidates to pay importance to this sacrament which they received as it will guide them to a brighter future.
He applauded Chief Ekweozor for his kind gesture to the community more especially in the donations to the church describing the Convenience as one of the best in the Diocese, and commended him for employing those that will take care of the place.May be an image of 3 people, people standing and outdoors
The donor, Chief Ekweozor thanked God for his numerous blessings upon his family, pointing out that he built and donated the edifice to the church to ease the parishioners’ stress of going to the forest to ease themselves.
