Families of the abducted Chairman of Okrika Local Government Council in Rivers State, Philemon Kingoli, have revealed that Gunmen have made contacted with the family and they have demanded the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Million Naira (150M) for his freedom.
Recall that the Chairmen was abducted on Wednesday last week at gunpoint along Odili Road in Port Harcourt This development is coming exactly five days after the Council Chairman, was abducted.
