The Diobu Vigilante Services Says it has uncovered and retrieved Locally Made explosives,The Coordinator of DIOBU SECURITY SERVICES -AMATARI BIPELEDEI said  they got Intelligent report at about 11am this morning Diobu (Vigilante) Security Services uncovered and retrieved two locally made explosive popularly called dynamite were it was hidden at Urualla Waterfront.
