Army takes over Emohua Local Government Council Secretariat on orders of Chidi Lloyd because he seized promotion letters of over 350 persons given to him by the Chairman of Local Government Service Commission to distribute to them as the Local Government Service Commission begins verification exercise. The fear that staff will react has made Lloyd introduce emergency rule in Emolga.
