video surfaced online Wednesday, November 19,2025 showing where a man simply identified as Choroncho said to be a former Number 1 man of Vikings cult group in one of the Universities in Rivers State had his hands tied backward with ropes as he was bleeding all over his body while some persons believed to be members of local vigilante were torturing him.
The man was alleged to have been apprehended by local vigilante around Igbo Etche axis with arms,a report revelationagents.com could not Independently verify.
In the video, other individuals were calling their colleagues to bring the second suspect to sit on the ground which the video did not capture.
Late Wednesday night, pictures of dead body of Choroncho surfaced online after the initial video showing where he was been tortured.
Observers say he may have died from the injuries he sustained from the torture.
As at press time,the Rivers State Police Command has not issued official statement on the incident.
