The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended the deadline for the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) across Anambra State.
The electoral body said the decision was taken after several appeals from residents and interest groups calling for more time for eligible voters to pick up their cards.
In a statement issued on Monday by Victoria Eta-Messi, Director of Voter Education and Publicity, INEC explained that the exercise, which was due to end on Sunday, October 26, will now continue from Wednesday, October 29, to Sunday, November 2, 2025.
