Today, we celebrate the fathers who have always stood by us, been an inspiration in our lives, protected us and guided us
Today is celebrated by FATHERS DAY for ANGLICANS and Pentecostal churches across the world as the dominate Catholic church fathers shy away from the celebrations, we noticed the gaffe, the non celebrating of fathers by various POLITICAL leaders, Office holders, Legislators and other official’s.
However the Deputy Speaker, Anambra State House of Assembly Sir. Chukwuma Pius Okoye in his message says Your sacrifices for the entire well being of your family is unquantifiable. You have been strong pillar holding up the buildings of your family. You never fold your arms to watch them suffer and do nothing.
A day is not enough to celebrate you, Fathers. Everyday should be used to celebrate your immense contributions to your families. You are the torchbearers of your respective homes. You are kings shielding your kingdoms from the eyes of the warring enemies.
Your contributions to nation building is significantly awesome. Your efforts are visible in the successes we are achieving as a State and country at large.
As you celebrate today, I pray that God will continue to bless, guide, protect and provide for you in Jesus name. Amen. Happy Fathers’ Day to you, our adorable fathers.
