The Chairman, of Ogba, Egbema, Ndoni local Government area, Hon. Prince Isaac Umejuru, has approved the commencement of payment for the 1st batch of 2024 ONELGA student bursary.
The Chairman through his Special Assistance on student Affairs, Tina Bright Odukwu made a statement on the commencement of payment.
The 2,000 beneficiaries of the bursary payment, verified under the leadership of the immediate Past CTC Chairman, Pastor Princewill Ejekwe.
The payment which will be in batches will commence on Monday 21st October 2024, with 500 beneficiaries on the first batch.
- The beneficiaries are expected to receive the sum of Fifty Thousand naira stipend each.
The chairman, duly advice all ONELGA student to remain patient with the disbursement process, as all duly verified student will be paid.
He also added that the post-graduate students are not left out on this payment.
Prince Isaac Umejure who is Barely two weeks in office, has changed the narrative of over Sixteen (16years) of previous administration.
