The forum of foundation chairmen of Rivers Leadership Advancement RIVLEAF has passed vote of confidence on Rivers State Governor Siminialaye Fubara over his developmental strides in the state.
The forum in a press briefing with Journalists in Port-Harcourt said the vote of confidence became necessary following the effective divided of governance in the atmosphere of peace in the state.
