In a harrowing social media revelation, an anonymous Level 100 student at the University of Ghana, Legon, has come forward with disturbing details of an encounter with her lecturer.
According to her account, the lecturer’s unsettling behavior began with strange looks during class sessions, escalating to the point where he obtained her phone number through a mutual acquaintance. Subsequently, she received a call from him, asking her to come to his house for what was initially framed as personal studies.
Feeling uneasy but uncertain how to decline, the student reluctantly complied. However, the situation took a distressing turn as the lecturer’s actions became increasingly inappropriate. The student alleges that she endured unwanted advances, including kissing without consent, inappropriate touching, and a deeply distressing violation of her personal boundaries.
