This Seasons Of SLUMP AND DIE – What To Do, Apart From Staying FIT

We are in the season of slump and die. It happened to Ifeanyi Uba last week and now, Onyeka Onwenu.

I had an ugly experience not quite long ago. A client called me. We sealed a deal on phone. I was asked to forward my details. I did and after few minutes , I called back to inform him that I have sent the details as requested. Surprisingly, a woman picked my call, and I heard people crying at the background. She told me that my client just slumped and died few minutes ago. I was frozen in shock. Someone else from their office concluded that deal.

Before, we were told that once you are 40 and above, you are prone to BP related issues, but today, we’ve seen people even in their 20s complain of BP wahala.

Please people of God, let’s make it a habit to take care of our health.

Check you BP regularly. I checked mine yesterday and I was very happy with the result.

Check your sugar level.

Go to the hospital regularly to check the state of all your vitals – the heart, liver, kidney, etc. The earlier you know what’s happening to you, the better.

Once you fall sick, meet a medically qualified personnel.

Eat well. Avoid all these junk food. Local foods are better.

Even too much carbonated drinks is not good for you, too. Reduce the intake.

Drink enough water.

Treat Malaria and Typhoid. They are the highest killers in Africa now.

Make sure there is no form of infection in your body. Regularly, go for test of your fluids – blood, urine, semen and every other fluid that will show that infection is in your body. Infection could be killing you gradually without you knowing.

Infection doesn’t have to be sexually transmitted. Our environment, the food we eat, the water we drink and our public toilet systems are too dirty in Africa. You could pick what you did not bargain for. So check yourself regularly.

Prostrate cancer is dealing with men all over the world now. Watch your diet. There are some supplements that can help your prostate. And moreover, if you are married, ensure you have a very active sexual life. That’s good for your prostate and general health. But if you are not married, keep waiting on the Lord. Nothing will happen to you. 🤣🤣

Sisters should go for constant checks of their breasts every 6 months or at most yearly. Breast cancer is a big killer now.

Exercise regularly. It doesn’t have to be vigorous. Make it moderate.

Those of us who are too fat or with big belle should please work on ourselves.

Sleep enough! 6-8 hours sleep is recommended by WHO. The older you grow, the more you should sleep.

Dr. Tim LaHaye said, “80% of the sicknesses people suffer have psychological root.” We bother a lot. We think a lot. We worry a lot. So, watch your mental health. Wahala no dey finish. Be happy and enjoy life.

Unforgiveness is a killer. Offload and be free. Forgive yourself and forgive others.

Socialize! Reach out! Make good friends. Forget your wahala and laugh a lot. Socializing will help you conquer depression.

Fasting is good for your health. It helps to cleanse your body.

The oga patapata of all of them is Prayer. Life is spiritual. Take charge of your health spiritually. The longer the prayer the better.

. Something happens in the presence of God that does not happen anywhere else. Burdens are lifted when you worship with others.

Read the Word of God and MEDITATE. Meditation is therapeutic.

Finally, stop hiding sickness. It’s not your fault that you are sick. A simple advice from a qualified personel could bring the healing you need. You don’t have to tell the whole world, but don’t keep it all to yourself . Seek counsel.

Friends, you can’t fulfil your destiny if you die before your appointed time.

One of the things God will ask you on the last day is how you took care of the body He gave you.

I pray we all live long.
Amen!

Copied.
