A young man identified as Princewill Edurance Uchendu has reportedly committed su!c!de at his father’s compound in Ovogo, Emohua LGA.
The tragic incident occurred on Sunday morning, the 12th of November 2023.
The deceased on Wednesday, of the previous week, jumped into a ground tank ‘Well’ in their compound; he was later rescued by a few persons around the compound.
Unfortunately, he later on Sunday hanged himself on a tree at the back of the compound.
“Sachets of Chelsea were also seen close to where he was washing clothes that same day before hanging himself,” the community people told Rivers Mirror.
