The Governor of Rivers State Siminalayi Fubara has sworn in the twenty three newly appointed Local Government care taker committee chairmen in a ceremony in Government house.
This momentous event marks the beginning of a new era in local governance, as these leaders step into their roles with a mandate to drive progress and development in their various Local Government Areas.
