The Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria (AMEN),Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka has descended heavily on Chijioke Edeoga, the Governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Enugu State, saying that he never endorsed him (Edeoga) contrary to his claim on social media.
Mbaka who was speaking to Adorers at the Adoration Ground, Emene on Sunday, said despite his warnings to Edeoga, he went on to spread false information that he was endorsed by him (Mbaka) when nothing of such happened.
The fiery Catholic Priest said he warned Edeoga that he will fail if he says he endorsed him when he didn’t.
“Chijioke Edeoga of Labour Party that came to my house not long ago and I blessed him. I warned him not to video the prayer session, he assured me that there was no problem. I warned him that if he ever says I endorsed him, he will fail the election.
“By Monday, the same video I warned him about was everywhere that I’ve endorsed him. I called him and asked why are you criminal in your attitudinal behavior? Why should you begin now to show me the hidden character of yours? Did I endorse you? I blessed you and handed you over to God, the same way I did to Peter Mbah of PDP, Frank Nweke of APGA and Uche Nnaji of APC.”
The dissatisfied Cleric said that “person that said I endorsed him wants to show me that he’s what he’s not because I never endorsed him. That person that talked about endorsement is poised for a fight but he should remember that the fire hasn’t been put off
