PDP Chieftain, Former Mayor of Port Harcourt City LGA Is Dead

A Former Mayor of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area and one of the Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State, Hon. Azubuike Nmerukini is dead.

Hon. Azubuike Nmerukini reportedly died this morning after a brief illness in an undisclosed hospital.

Recall that the former Chairman who is also a widower and the Rivers State Local Government Service Commission had lost his wife, Dr Mrs Dame Oroma Nmerukini, early last year and her interment had held in February.
