It will be recalled that the Federal Government withheld the October Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) revenue payment to Rivers State, citing a court order.
This development sparked concerns about the impact on the state’s economy and developmental projects.

The withheld funds are part of the ₦1.1411 trillion approved for allocation among the Federal, State, and local government councils.
