Fields Let me specially draw the attention of the general public about the threat messages and phone calls coming into my phone because of the underage SS3 Girl of Khana ward 7.
I am not against anyone’s success or progress but illegalities shall be challenge until we get the right things done.
When I raised the issue of her age,some said I don’t like young people in power and started abusing me.
Some people are yet to understand the difference between franchise and eligibility and started babbling.
I told us that by the provision of our constitution,the eligible age requirement for a councillor is 25 yrs and not 19 yrs.
Few days after,they now wrote that she is 26 yrs because I told them it’s 25 yrs.
I would’ve advise the good people of Khana ward 7 to immediately replace her with eligible vibrant youths from that axis with about 7 larger Communities that made up that ward.
Those sending me threat messages should understand that as a youth leader,I have briefed my legal adviser and I am sure we shall contest that in court for future precedent.
There are qualified graduates in the ward which I know very well but because of greed* they choose her and it won’t work.
Again the Chairmanship candidate of(Factional)APC Party in khana LGA should immediately call the leadership of ward 7 to avoid join suits at the election tribunal or whichever court of competent jurisdiction which I am prepared to file and challenge the eligibility of the said OluBari.
She must be charge or challenge.
