Anambra Govt Tells Properties Owner On The Right Of Way To Relocate As Dualization of Amawbia-Agulu-Nanka-Ekwulobia-Uga Road Kicks Off

Anambra State Government wishes to advise property owners along these routes to begin to relocate them somewhere else to avoid being adversely affected by the road dualization project.

The law demands that property along federal highway must be set back by 47.5 meters from center of the road. Anything short of that is a violation of the law and such a property will be regarded and treated as an illegal structure.
