Appeal Court Nullifies PDP Elections, Declares LP Winner Of House Of Rep Seat

The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has voided the verdict of the Enugu State National Assembly and State House of Assembly tribunal which earlier nullified the election of Professor Sunday Nnamchi.

The tribunal on September 8, 2023 nullified the election of Nnamchi of the Labour Party and declared Prince Cornelius Nnaji (Ike Nike) of People’s Democratic Party as the rightful winner of the February 25, 2023 elections.
