Three people injured, woman and child trapped as building under construction collapsed at Okporo road, near Woji in Port Harcourt this morning, as Obio Akpor CTC Chairman, Amb Chijioke Ihunwo orders probe and immediate arrest of the structural engineer handling the collapsed building project.
