Another aspirant of the PDP, Chief Morgan West had asked that Fubara, the governorship candidate be disqualified from the race. Morgan accused Fubara of not being a member of the party and one who does not have a valid PDP membership card, among other crimes.
However, during the court sitting on Friday, Justice Adamu T. Mohammed, the presiding judge threw out the suit filed by the plaintiff owing to its incompetence and lack of jurisdiction. Continue Reading
