Gospel Singer Arrested With Severed Girlfriend’s Head Near Abuja

In a shocking turn of events, gospel singer Oluwatimileyin Ajayi was apprehended with a gruesome discovery—the severed head of his girlfriend. The incident, which took place near a church on a Sunday, sent shockwaves through the community.

A social media user, Arike, recounted the harrowing experience in a tweet, expressing disbelief at witnessing such a ritualistic act.

“I never imagined I’d encounter a Yahoo ritual with a human head, especially that of his girlfriend, right outside our church. It was a chilling experience,” they revealed.

While Arike’s account was brief, Josephine Adeh, the Police Public Relations Officer in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), confirmed the incident. She clarified that it occurred in Nasarawa State, not Abuja, urging the public to report accurately.

Eyewitnesses on social media described a disturbing scene, with Ajayi carrying a black nylon bag, attracting flies, which raised suspicions. Upon inspection, a fresh human head was found, and Ajayi admitted to having been in a relationship with the victim for a year.

As news spread, Nigerians flocked to the suspect’s TikTok account, where he had previously shared content. One video, in particular, gained attention, with Ajayi boldly stating that no one could stand in his way.
