Hamas Newly Appointed Prime Minister Eliminated By Israeli Defence Force

Israeli Defence Force has assassinated the newly appointed Hamas Prime Minister, Ismail Barhoum in a precision airstrike just days after he assumed office.

The targeted strike, which took place in Gaza, marks a significant development in the ongoing conflict between Israel and the terror group.

Israeli defence officials described the operation as a “necessary action” to neutralize a key figure within the militant organization.

According to military sources, intelligence reports pinpointed the leader’s location, leading to a swift and calculated attack.

“This strike sends a clear message—Israel will not allow terrorist leaders to operate freely,” an Israeli military spokesperson stated.
Meanwhile, Hamas has confirmed that Ismail Barhoum was killed in the Israeli strike.

In a statement, the group said Barhoum, a member of the terror group’s political bureau, was killed in an Israeli strike in Nasser hospital in Khan Younis while undergoing treatment there.

Out of the 20 members of Hamas’s political bureau elected in 2021, 11 have been assassinated during the war in Gaza, and seven are either certainly or highly likely to be outside the Gaza Strip
