“Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission RSIEC is a creation of the Rivers State House of Assembly laws. If you must sue RSIEC, it must be at the State High Court. Federal High Court has no jurisdiction over RSIEC, whatever the Federal High Court has brought has no weight, Rivers people should come out in their numbers on Saturday to vote candidates of their choice, the election is holding as planned by RSIEC”
