The National Leader of Igbo Bu Igbo S-East Forum, High Chief Henry Uzozie, has said that Coalition remains dead on arrival.
The National Leader made the disclosure during a media briefing at Abuja during one of the numerous projects commissioned recently by the Minister of FCT, Chief Barr Nyeson Ezenwo Wike which he was invited.
Chief Uzozie said that forming a coalition to unsit a sitting and performing President will do the country no good, rather, they should aggregate their ideas and forward same to Mr President for him to better the lots of Nigerians.
“If they have a better idea that will take the country to a better level, it behoves on members of the coalition to bring their ideas and forward to Mr President Ashwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to work with and move the country forward instead of trying to unsit him without a clear cut agenda “. Nigerians are wiser now and won’t be coarsed into joining any form of coalition without clear cut agenda for progress.
Mr President Ashwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR is moving the country forward and should be encouraged by all to ensure that he takes us to where we want to be. Forming distractions will not do us any good, he said.
If The sole financier of Henry Marshall Foundation further said that members of the coalition has also been persons who have been jumping from one party to another, all with the sole aim of grabbing power at the center. He advised that they should support the present administration with their wealth of experience which the President needs at this time instead of distracting him.
Chief Uzozie opined that no amount of coalition will ouster the ruling party, adding that Mr President has laid a very solid foundation for the country to move to the next level.
While identifying the flaws of each member of the coalition, Chief Uzozie said that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has been a serial defector from one party to another in search for power… and Nigerians can not trust him with their mandate come 2027. He also described El-Rufai as a former Governor of Kaduna who did not lead the state well during his eight years as Governor, and as such he failed security test when he was nominated for ministerial position at the onset of this present administration.
On the part of Rotimi Amaechi, Chief Uzozie said he fell out with APC because he was not given the presidential candidate of the party during the 2022 Primaries and as such he lost loyalty to the party. He accused Amaechi as being the masterminder of the New PDP group that led to the failure of PDP in 2015 general election. These persons cannot be trusted with the leadership of this country and as such APC will not fold their hands and allow these kind of aggrieved individual climb to power.
He used the opportunity to educate the people on the achievements of the present administration to include massive youths empowerment schemes, Students Loan Scheme for students in Higher Institutions, improvement in Agriculture and Food Security, tackling insecurity headlong, availability of Petroleum Products across the country, local government autonomy among others.
The only way we can help this administration is to support the good governance structure being instituted by Mr President, Chief Uzozie said.
