1.) Nigeria’s application to join BRICS was almost certainly pushed by Muhammadu Buhari’s parochial, ethnocentric administration.

He couldn’t do a single good deed as president without spoiling it. He sidestepped his country’s official language and put his ethnic language on the banknote, which is exactly what you would expect of Muhammadu Buhari.
