Iran has issued a stern warning to Israel, declaring its readiness for any retaliatory actions amid rising tensions.This comes after Iran launched a series of missile strikes against Israel early Tuesday, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict between the two nations.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran’s Supreme Leader, authorized the missile assault, resulting in over 180 ballistic missiles targeting Israel. The attack has heightened concerns of further military confrontations in the region.The Israeli military confirmed the strikes but reported no injuries. Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, spokesperson for the Israeli military, stated that Israel’s air defenses successfully intercepted many of the incoming missiles, although several still struck central and southern areas of the country.
In response, a senior Iranian official told Reuters that Tehran is fully prepared for any counter reactions from Israel.
