Heavy security measures were observed today at the Federal High Court in Abuja as the Federal Government resumed the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Armed security operatives cordoned off all routes leading to the court premises, allowing access only to individuals whose names were on a list held by the Department of State Services (DSS).
