Governor Professor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra gave his daughter’s hand in marriage to her husband.

He specially invited the Governor of Borno, Professor Umara Babagana Zulum, to be the chairman of the occasion. Yes, you heard me well.

In spite of the disparities between them, Gov. Soludo still honoured him with the highest position on the auspicious occasion.

Adaora Ifeatu Soludo, the daughter of Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo, and her man Arinze Ibekwe had their church wedding today.

The couple had their court wedding in the UK and their traditional wedding in Isuofia, Anambra State.

On Saturday, August 17, the couple was joined in a church in Abuja.

Soludo is from the South; Zulum is from the North. Soludo is a committed Christian; Zulum is a committed Muslim. Soludo is from the opposition party (APGA); Zulum is from the ruling party (APC).
