PHOTOS: Gov. Fubara Rises Against Wike’s Man, Seals Ishii Hotel For Non Compliance With Building Regulations

The Rivers state Government Through ministry Of Physical Planning and Urban Development administration has sealed the hotel belonging to the former Chairman of Ikwerre local government, Dr. Samuel Nwanosike. aka Ishii

Nwanosike is one of the core loyalists of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike.

The hotel, a five-storey building which is located at GRA area of Port Harcourt was sealed by the Rivers State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development for violation of development control and non compliance with building regulations.

Sources who spoke to our correspondent said that the initial approval given for the hotel was for a four-storey building considering the topography of the area but the owner; Dr. Nwanosike increased the level to five.

Recall that Dr. Nwanosike, one of the local government Chairmen whose tenure expired on June 18th has been very critical of of the administration of Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State following  Fubara fallout with former governor Nyesom Wike.
