Rivers APC Led By Emeka Beke Set To File Contempt Of Court Case Against Okocha-Led Faction

The Spokesperson of the Emeka Beke-led APC in the state, Darlington Nwauju, says his faction will institute a contempt of court against those he described as disobeying court orders and judgment.

This follows the inauguration of newly elected executive members of the Tony Okocha-led APC over the weekend.

But Mr. Nwauju while speaking on existing court judgements and orders involving the congresses that were held in the state, told our correspondent that the matter of disobedience to court judgment will be brought before the lower court soon.

He accused the party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, of encouraging the disobedience of court orders and judgment.
