Rivers State Primary Healthcare Opens One Stop Shop For Maternal, New Born, Child Health Week: Visit For Free Services

Maternal, New Born, Child Health week is here again, all pregnant mothers will be registered in all our facilities within this week FREE OF CHARGE, all deliver also are free, there will be cervical cancer screening for women of child bearing age as well as Tetanus injection and voluntary HIV screening.

For children, Nutritional screening an d intervention will occur, Vit A supplementation, Deworming, diarrhea counseling and ORT will be given, all childhood routine immunization including Rota vaccine and HPVV will be available.
COVID-19 vaccine will be available for eligible age group, and the men will have general routine physical check up.
Daily Health Education topics will be discussed at the facility!

It is a full package from the 22nd to 26th July in all primary Health centers across the 23 LGAs.
