Amid the ongoing war, the Defence Minister of Israel, Israel Katz, has cautioned Iran against its retaliatory attacks, stressing it will pay heavily.
Katz warned that “Tehran will burn” if Iran continues its retaliatory attacks on Israel.
He issued the warning during an assessment meeting with the army’s chief of staff, on Saturday.
Katz warned: “If (Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali) Khamenei continues to fire missiles at the Israeli home front — Tehran will burn.”
Retaliatory attacks from Iran had killed about three people in Israel and dozens of others wounded.
Confirming the deaths, Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to share the grief with the families.
Netanyahu vowed to prevent nuclear and ballistic missiles from Iran.
Israeli forces had bombed Iran’s nuclear power sites due to the country’s dictatorial regime.
Responding, Iran launched barrage of drones and missiles attacks on Israel.
The missiles hit areas in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv
