Angry youths on Tuesday  foiled a kidnap attempt on an unnamed Car Dealer along Igbogbo Road, Ikorodu, Lagos State..
Three of the suspected kidnappers were apprehended, stripped naked, beaten to stupor with swollen faces.

In reaction to the arrest, the Lagos State Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin said the suspects identified as Taiwo Olayinka 30, Azeez Sodiq 33 and Saheed Moonstruck 23 have been arrested since Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

“Three suspects, Taiwo Olayinka 30, Azeez Sodiq 33 and Saheed Moonstruck 23, have been in our custody since yesterday, shortly after the incident, and efforts are on to arrest the remaining two suspects that escaped.
Meanwhile, investigation has commenced.”
