Meanwhile, Emuoha (allegedly).under Lock and key by Former LGA Chairman the tension started in on Sunday as unidentified youths launched a shocking attack on the council premises. an eyewitness claims some youths Last night, allegedly planted dynamites, which were detonated this morning just as the new council chairman arrived at work.The council chairman stated that concerned farmers had alerted authorities after witnessing the youths entering the premises through the back fence. He expressed frustration with the local police, who he said failed to respond despite the warning received yesterday.
