The Army children school located in the heart of the new Rivers State Government Reserved area GRA in port harcourt has butteresed the lip service paid by various government to the educational sector in the state and left many stakeholders wondering how pupils from such schools will be able to compete globally to the ever changing dynamics in total education of a child.
The story of this once bubbling school with overgrown weed inside some classrooms meant to accommodates toddlers for conducive learning environment has become far fetched as both teachers and pupil struggle to exist in the dilapidated structure of the school
Our correspondent who monitored school resumption found few teachers, and 5 pupils resumed on the third day after the schools resumed on Monday 9th September 2024
