To this end “We at CIMPPAR-NIGERIA, forsee chaos tomorrow Saturday. 5th Oct 2024 However, this can be avoided if only the Police in our state can be mindful of the kind of partisanship they play in this particular case. By Law RSIEC is a creation of the Rivers State House of Assembly just as INEC is a creation of NASS.
A Federal High Court has no right to meddle into the jurisdiction of state matters with frivolous orders from petty politicians who means no good for the state in the name of stopping a process that has a timeline as ruled by the Supreme Court.
