53 Year Old Woman Dragged To Court For Pressing Mans Penis During Fights

A 53-year-old woman, Igboh Mary, has been charged before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court after she allegedly slapped a man and pressed his penis during a brawl over an undisclosed issue in Lagos.

The man, Emmanuel Chukwuemeka, was immediately hospitalised after the incident that happened at Tennis Club, NNPC Road, in the Ejigbo area of Lagos.According to the police who charged Mary in court, she had damaged some canopies, tables, and chairs during the incident before she was reported to the Ejigbo Division of the Lagos Police Command.

The charge read: “That you, Igboh Mary on the 5thday of November 2024, at about 1900hours, at No. 2/4 Tennis Club NNPC Road, Ejigbo, Lagos State, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did unlawfully assault one Emmanuel Chukwuemeka ‘m’ by slapping his face severally and holding his dick and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 173 of the Criminal law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

Count II: “That you, Igboh Mary on the same date, time and place, in the aforementioned Magisterial District, did maliciously damage one canopy, plastic chair and table valued N47,000 (Forty-Seven Thousand Naira), property of one Emmanuel Chukwuemeka ‘m’ and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 339 (2) of the criminal law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015.”

Mary pleaded not guilty to the charges and a bail in the sum of N150,000 with one surety was granted to her before she was remanded in custody at the correctional centre at Kirikiri town pending when her bail is perfected.

The matter was adjourned till December 9, 2024. (The Guardian)
