Rivers State Judiciary says the High Court of Rivers State will resume normal court sitting from Thursday, 18th of September, 2025.
You would recall that the Chief Judge of Rivers State Justice SIMEON CHIBUZOR-AMADI, had earlier announced that Judges of the high court of the state should proceed on annual vacation which commenced from Monday, 21st of July to Wednesday, 17th of September, 2025.
Justice CHIBUZOR-AMADI also appointed some vacation judges that handled some cases within the person of vacation.
In a statement by the Chief Registrar, High Court Of Rivers State, DAVID IHUA-MADUENYI urged members of the public to take note of the resumption of normal court sittings and resume their normal business at the court.
