PHC Magistrate Court Discharges Ex Ahoada East CSO, Hector, Others In Case Of Assault Against Fmr. Local Govt. Administrator

A Chief Magistrate Court presided over by his worship Worlu-Omodu Esq has struck out the criminal case of assault occasion harm allegedly by Hector Ekeakita Aloni Olodi ex Chief Security Officer of Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers State,the ex-Chief of Staff against the former Sole Administrator of the Council,Goodluck Iheanacho.

In a court document sighted by our reporter,which is dated October 6,2025 and signed by Fiene Jumbo, Assistant Chief Registrar 1, the court document read that “upon this criminal proceeding coming up before the Worship O.N Worlu-Omodu Esq,Chief Magistrate GD1, for hearing and determination,after hearing the oral submission of .N.S Onwochei Esq,State Legal Officer,State CID for legal/prosecution and Uwumazhiniye Udogadi,Esq counsel to the defendants,F.A Nmekini Esq, holding a watching brief of the nominal complaint.

“It is accordingly ordered as follows:
1.That due to the information given by the State Legal Officer that the parties have settled and oral oath submission from nominal complaint,Hon.Goodluck Iheanacho.
2.That this case is hereby struck out and defendants discharged.

Recall the case against Hector Ekeakita and others was registered with suit number,PMC/882C/2025
