Dr. Okonkwo-Ogabu(Mrs.) Felicitates With NAWOJ National President Aisha Burra On Receipt Of Outstanding Leadership Award In Zamfara State

The Deputy National President Of Nigeria Association Of Women Journalist (NAWOJ) Chief Mrs. Lilian Okonkwo -Ogbau Has described the award bestowed on The National President Of NAWOJ Comrade A’isha Ibrahim K Burra for the meritorious by NAWOJ Zamfara chapter as a testament to the visionary initiatives undertaken by the Aisha Burra Led Leadership in promoting excellence  and  impactful contributions to the pen noble profession

Deputy National president of NAWOJ Dr Lililan Okonkwo Ogabu ( PhD) in a congratulatory message said this esteemed recognition is an acknowledgement of her outstanding achievements towards improvement on welfare of her members and focused dedication in serving the less privileged in the society, which also shows that people are watching out for role models and have found it in the leadership style of the new NAWOJ Executive led by Humility Personified  Comrade Aisha Burra(Mrs.)

Presenting the award on behalf Zamfara NAWOJ, Former Comm for information Zamfara State Alh. Ibrahim Dan madamin Birnin Magaji, who also served as NUJ chairman Zamfara council said the award bestowed on Comrade Aisha Burra is for her outstanding performance and in putting machineries towards ensuring unity and progress of NAWOJ members across Nigeria DR. Okonkwo-Ogabu prayed God to continually guide and keep her, and give her more strength to continue doing what she knows how to do best
