Jubilations As INEC Replaces Sokoto, Rivers State Returning Officer

Prof. Charles Esimone, a Deeper Life Pastor, has just been appointed the Rivers state new INEC SCOPE

Charles Okechukwu Esimone, professor of biopharmaceutics and pharmaceutical biotechnology, is the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria.

Professor Esimone, born on the 31st of December 1970 and an Alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, has just been appointed by the Independent National Electoral Commission to serve as State Returning Officer for the March 18 governorship and State House of Assembly elections in Rivers State.
